Where exactly is the Infinity Loop in ORAS?

Help! I cannot find the Infinity Loop in Omega Ruby!

Correction, I can't find exactly where the Infinity Loop is. I'v tried running around the Battle Resort, but wherever I go I get blocked by either a building or the sea. I need to have these Pokés hatched and trained in four days, so time is of the essence! Do I need to Surf? Is it hidden somewhere? Please help!

Press and hold the up button. if you notice you will keep going around in an infinity loop.
