It is not there in the format list in Pokemon showdown.

Actually Hackmons still exists but it was removed from the format ladder.
You can still battle people to Hackmons battles if you challenge them directly.

Balanced Hackmons is about 3x better than normal anyway. Plus, just challenge to custom match.
