I keep finding hidden Pokemon and those exclamation points over the moves and level and abilities and stuff confuse me. Can anyone tell me what each one means?

The Exclamation Marks mean that the Pokemon's First Move is a move it can't normally get.
An exclamation over its Ability means it has its Hidden Ability

This Poocheyna has Exclamation Marks over its move, Fire Fang because its an Egg Move.
There is an Exclamation Mark over its Ability as Rattled is Poocheyna's Hidden Ability

Edit :

Don't forget that the exclamation point also applies to high levelled Pokémon (usually around 10 above average).

Ok thanks but what does it mean if there is an exclamation mark over the shadow of the Pokemon?
It Dex-Nav exclusive
What does it mean if it is dex nav exclusive?

Thanks for pointing that out xD
No problem :D Thanks for quoting it.
dex-nav exclusive means you can't normally find it, like Starly
