My friend says that Deoxys has an accuracy form on ORAS. Is it true?

We have been fighting over this more than a week. I want to see who is right. (I do not have either Ruby or Sapphire.)

Accuracy is not viewed in game and few moves or abilities boost it. Sp. Atk. or Sp. Def. would probably be a more likelier candidate of an alternate Deoxys forme.

The only known forms of Deoxys are Attack, Defense, and Speed

No. There is not a Deoxys with an accuracy form.

There are Speed Deoxys, Attack Deoxys, and Defense Deoxys (and of course the normal Deoxys). But there isn't any Deoxys with an accuracy form.
