What is an easy way to get a Tyogure's defence higher than it's attack?

Question

For ORAS, i'm too lazy to train it, so I caught a bunch. All of them had higher attack stats.

Synchronize

If you have a Pokemon with a Bold Nature and the Ability Synchronize you have a good chance of catching a Tyogure with Bold which increase Defense by 10% and lowers Attack by 10%

Breed

You can breed for a Tyogure Egg and see its Stats. If its Attack is higher than defense Super Train or defeat a Horde of Defense EV yielding Pokemon. You'll get +1 Stats in defense. Although I recommend Super Training as Horde Battles could level up your Tyogure by quite a bit which could make Tyogure have higher Defense.
