Personally I would not have put therian form tornadus because incarnate form gets access to the ability prankster and when paired with tailwind can be very powerful as you are guaranteed to double your speed at the start of the turn.

Tornadus
Tornadus-Therian is the superior of the two, primarily due to its Ability, Regenerator. Despite lower attacking stats, Regenerator allows it to run Life Orb with little to no drawback and allow it to scout or sweep. The Incarnate form really have nothing that great going for it that the other can't do. Its Ability is completely wasted as it lacks any useful Status move and its coverage is decent at best. A possible move-set for the two could be:
Tornadus-Therian (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- U-turn
- Hurricane
- Heat Wave
- Dark Pulse

Tornadus (M) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- U-turn
- Taunt
- Acrobatics

Thundurus
Here the Incarnate form reigns supreme. Access to Priority Thunder Wave and good moves and stats make it a dangerous foe to face. Therian is mostly the same but lacks the Ability, making it less versatile, despite having higher attacking stats. That being said, both are really good and shouldn't be underestimated.

Thundurus (M)
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Volt Switch/Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Sludge Wave/Focus Blast

Thundurus-Therian (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Volt Switch
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt

Landorus
Both the Lando's are monsters, doing slightly different things but being about equal in it. Therian have higher attack and different ability in Intimidate, making it an excellent tank, wallbreaker, scout, lead or Choice user. Incarnate on the other hand has better Speed and Sp.Atk, along with sheer force and a lot of moves that allow it to abuse that ability, allowing it to run physical, special or even mixed sets. Overall Therian is a bit more useful thanks to its capacity to wall common threats, but Incarnate is more unpredictable.

Landorus (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Earth Power
- Psychic/Sludge Wave
- Hidden Power [Ice]/Knock off/Stealth Rocks
- Focus Blast

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 atk/def(depending on your preference) / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- U-turn
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

So in short:
Tornadus-Therian.
Thundurus-Incarnate.
Landorus is equal.

thanks and also thanks for the detail.
I fixed some grammar and added some more common competitive advice. For example, volt switch isn't as prevalent on Thundurus, and I added some of the more commonly run sets while keeping yours. If you don't mind I'd like you to keep them, but this is your answer so you have the freedom to do whatever :)
Thanks man, much appreciated :3

Update of Scarlet and Violet
I'm talking about vgc doubles here by the way, since I have no singles knowledge whatsoever.

Tornadus
Incarnate
- Ability: Prankster is definitely the best ability this thing has, since it also gets tailwind, and defiant can be used too, but not as well. 8/10
- Stats: Pretty good and well balanced, with slightly more offense than therian but less speed. 7/10
- Role: Incarnate is almost always a fast, offensive tailwind setter, but can be used as a defiant sweeper OCCASIONALLY.
Therian
- Ability: Regenerater is a good ability, but definitely outclassed by prankster and in some cases, like the only ever one physical tornadus, by defiant too. 6/10
- Stats: Good and balanced like incarnates, but much less offensive, and more speedy and bulky. 7/10
- Role: Probably good as a bulky support/pivot because of increased bulk and regenorator healing.
Who to chose?
Incarnate is definitly the better option because speed control is so important and being able to definitely set up tailwind first and taunt other tailwind setters before they can set talwind is always useful outside of trick room.

Thundurus
Incarnate
- Ability: Same abilities as torn but doesn't make use of prankster as well since it does not get tailwind. Thunder wave can be annoying though. Defiant can be more useful since it has actually useful physical STABs available in Supercell Slam and Wild Charge, instead of just Fly. 7/10
- Stats: Exactly the same as torn, with much less offense than therian but faster. 7/10
- Role: Probably a disruptive prankster twave user or a defiant sweeper.
Therian
- Ability: Volt Absorb is only useful if you are using discharge in doubles. 3/10
- Stats: Insane special attack, equal bulk to incarnate, and slowness makes up for the damage. 9/10
- Role: Special. Damage.
Who to chose?
Usually therian will now be stronger since incarnate can disrupt, but therian can deal more damage than FREAKIN' FLUTTER MANE (without proto special attack) and can heal when paired with a discharge 'mon.

Landorus
Incarnate
- Ability: Never use sand force outside of sandstorm. And even in it, sheer force is probably better when paired with life orb. 8/10
- Stats: Highest total of the lot, with the best bulk of all the original three including torn-therian, equal offenses to all the incarnates and still enough time for the same speed as thund-therian. 9/10
- Role: Usually a sheer force + life orb special attacker with earth power and sludge bomb.
Therian
- Ability: Intimidate outclasses every other ability I will talk about. 10/10
- Stats: Equal bulk, slightly slower and weaker specially, but deals SO MUCH DAMAGE!!! 9/10
- Role: This is a physical sweeper. It can be a tank as well.
Who to chose?
Depends on what you need. Incarnate can function as a special sheer force sweeper, but therian is physical tank who outputs so much damage its insane.

I've added Enamorus since it is a member of the set and deserves to be on here.

Enamorus
Incarnate
- Ability: Cute Charm is OK against physical male mons like most incineroar and rillaboom. Contrary is far better though because it can be paired with prankster thuunderus-incarnate to use eerie impulse on it to double its special attack. 8/10
- Stats: Highest offensive stat of any of the four in incarnate, but the one thats the most focused on one stat. Slightly less bulky than torn/thun because of HP being 4 points lower. Also slower than the rest. 7/10
- Role: Speedy special sweeper
Therian
- Ability: Its immune to sandstorm. Thats all filter will ever do for enamorus since hail was swapped for snow. 5/10
- Stats: By far the most bulky, but also the slowest and weakest offensively out of the therian forms. 6/10
- Role: Bulky trick room sweeper
Who to chose?
Enamorus is probably the worst out of the lot, since it is slower and weaker offensivly than all the therians. For trick room, therian is obvious, but in open play use incarnate since it is still pretty fast despite being the slowest incarnate.
