Is "Taunt" faster than.?

hello

if I Use "taunt" move with Pokemon have 100 speed
and in the same turn foe use some status move like Sword dance with Pokemon have 200 speed

so the foe moves will be negate? or not becuase he faster?

The opponent will be able to use Swords Dance because they will move before they're hit with Taunt. If Taunt hasn't hit the opponent yet, they're free to use status moves.
