I agree with Tenebrae, but all legends aside, Metagross, Garchomp, and Tyranitar are pretty nice base 600 stat Pokemon.

Not an Update.
If removed megas and legendaries, it's not garchomp and Salamance who have highest BST, it's slaking with a whopping 680 BST.
