Is Cradily a good Pokemon for a mono-grass or mono-rock team?

I mean, is it? I'm building a team around it and I'm wondering if it is good.

In mono-grass it's okay, but mono-rock it really shines through. Thanks to one of it's abilities, Storm Drain it is immune to and gets stronger from one of rock's weaknesses.

Cradily is an OK Pokémon. Its a specially defencive mixed attacker, but it has bad speed. Its got a good movepool. Cradilly is an OK Pokemon overall, but there are better grass and rock types.
