How do hackers find this secret info?

So far (recently), Hackers have found Diancie (released), Volcanion (unreleased), and Hoopa. They have also found out that there are 2 unreleased and unnamed games that are gonna come out (soon hopefully). How do they find this secret info?

Concerning the secret Pokémon, they use devices such as the Action Replay to access the game save file and modify numbers and all of that to get the Pokemon. As for the two unreleased and unnamed games, the only info they can find is by hacking the game to see if there are secret moves, items or Pokémon that potentially reveal a new game.
