Why is mega lucario uber?

I'm not really sure why he is uber, but I'm sure the sole reason is not adaptability. Would anyone like to explain? Thank you very much

Adaptability with 145 attack and 140 special attack with 112 speed.
Think about, Flash cannon would hit for 180 base power with 140 special attack. Not to mention its divers movepool makes It really hard to check this thing.

And another VERY IMPORTANT point you missed out on:You will never know
if it is a special or physical M-Lucario and since both have different
counters and checks,usually you will need to sacrifice one or two
Pokemon to know what type of M-lucario it is
