Is there an easier way to catch a shiny Pokemon thats not in water and not in DexNav like Ralts?

Masuda Method doesn't work well since it takes soooo long to hatch eggs. Can anyone help me?

I guess you could visit Friend Safaris in Pokemon X/Y while the friend whose Safari you visit is connected to the Internet.

There is no way other than what I listed above, other than the Masuda Method or DexNav Chaining
