Choice specs sacrifices the freedom of choosing whatever move you want for much more damage on the one move you pick to use. Life orb adds a nice power boost to all your moves at the catch of a bit of recoil. Wide Lens and zoom lens offer accuracy boosts, but blue flare and Draco meteor generally don't miss too often. In the end, it's all up to you, but the safest choice of these items is the life orb. :)
