What kind of EV spread should I put on my Pokémon?

Okay, I know this is going to be a long question, but I really need help. I always feel like a total noob on this website. Also, I don't want my team judged, but just based on what I have, what should I do. Please note this is not for competitive purposes, but I would like my Pokémon to be their best selves.

Also, if you can even help out with one or two, that would be great.

They have no roles just based on their move sets they're not for competitive battling, but ya, the answerer can assign roles

Well im not the best Pokémon player, but maybe your reshiram could be a special sweeper. Hasty gives it a speed boost, so maybe you could run something like 252sp.atk/252spd/4def. The special attack and speed helps it sweep, while the defence is because hasty lowers the defence. You could take a few special attack EVs and use them for defence too. I also suggest an item change, since you only have ONE dragon move, and it would probably be better to get it something else

For in-game well... a pokemon needs no EVs at all... why would you want to waste your time on it? Purposeless work gets you nowhere, you only end up tiring yourself. .-.

Sapphy, thanks for your suggestions! I will switch my Draco Plate for a Flame Plate instead. And Scilicet, I want to learn how and stuff, then put it to practical use. I have hours upon hours of spare time. I think it's worth the effort to learn what I'm doing.

I'll do my best for this

For Vanillite I would do 252 SpA, 4 SpD, and 252 Spe, so when it evolves into Vanilluxe it can be decent

For Pachirisu I would do the same EVs as Vanillite

For Nidoqueen I would have 252 Hp, 252 Atk, 4 SpA

For Cobalion I would have 252 Hp, 252 Atk, 4 Def

For Reshiram I would do the same EVs as Vanillite and Pachirisu

And for Zoroark I would do 252 SpA, 252 Spe, 4 Atk
