Is there a Pokemon that learns a good ground type move that you can get before battling wattson in Emerald?

If you started with Mudkip, use that against Wattson because of Mud Shot, plus you get Electric immunity due to ground typing(as Marshtomp).

But if you didn't choose Mudkip, try a Geodude. They make excellent Rock Smash slaves plus you get Magnitude, which is powerful against Wattson.
