Which is statistically better Throh or Sawk?

Sawk VS Throh statistic comparison:
Throh is the wannabe tank. Sawk is the wannabe physical sweeper.

Base Stats:
Here is a list of all base stats and which (Throh or Sawk) has a higher stat in each of them:

• HP: Throh's is higher (it has 120 and Sawk has 75).
• Attack: Sawk's is higher (it has 125 and Throh has 100).
• Defense: Throh's is higher (it has 85 and Sawk has 75).
• Sp. Attack: Tied (they both have 30).
• Sp. Defense: Throh's is higher (it has 85 and Sawk has 75).
• Speed: Sawk's is higher (it has 75 and Throh has 45).
• Total: Tied (they both have 465).
• Average: Obviosly tied: 77.5

Movepool/Usage:
Throh has good moves, but doesn't do a lot of damage. The competitive set that is usually run with it is either Facade+Guts+Flame Orb or, after hazards are set up, Circle Throh+Choice Band.

Sawk only really has one purpose: 1 HP sweeper. It uses Sturdy and Counter or Reversal.. Maybe the occasional Close Combat, but I wouldn't really suggest that being its main attacking move.

Well I like Sawk because he is fast and strong but I guess Throh would be good to if you like HP, defense, and attack (but not as much attack as Sawk)
Also...
-Sawk learns Close combat
-Throh learns super power

Throh is a bulky little guy, and after Bulk Up can take hits very well. Think of him like a mini-Conkeldurr. The main point though is that he has this bulk and an incredibly awesome move: Circle Throw. Think Dragon Tail, but better typing. I said it is good in the lower tiers however.
