Iron head or poison jab?

Question

I'm going to have an adamant emboar with fire punch, thunderpunch, and brick break holding a choice scarf. Is iron head(flinch) or poison jab(status condition) better for fairy type coverage?

Iron Head would probably be better because it covers Rock and Ice, which you would be locked into and unable to use your Fire and Fighting moves.

I know but if you're gonna be locked into a move then it can also cover those two. Plus Poison just has more resistances and less coverage options.

Poison Jab would be a better choice because it can cover Emboar's weakness to the Psychic type, as well as Fairy. It also can poison the target, which can severly cut down the target's HP. Iron Head also has less PP than Poison Jab.
