Are there any trainers with togekiss in Pokemon Diamond?

I need to add it so I've seen 220 Pokemon. I really need to know.

No, there are not any trainers with Togekiss in Pokemon Diamond, however there are a few in Platinum. You can still get Togekiss in the Pokedex, all you need to do is catch one, Togepi can be located on Route 230 when using the PokeRadar.
