We won't be getting a Pokemon Stars or Eclipse any time soon.
After taking a quick look at this thing's God Mode, I believe revision is in order.
Yeah same for dusk mane and dawn wings

Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @Weakness Policy
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance / Autotomize / Rock Polish
- Sunsteel Strike
- Stone Edge / Prismatic Laser
- Earthquake

Explanation:
Since all of your weakness is just 1.5x Damage, Weakness Policy is a nice item to use.

First move; a speed-boost. No matter if you move first or not.
Proceed to use any move, depends on effectiveness.

Necrozma-Dawn -Wings @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Rock Polish / Autotomize
- Moongeist Beam
- Stored Power
- Heat Wave

Explanation:
It's more difficult to use a set with this form. As your only 2 weaknesses are 3x damage, you wouldn't want to wall that. But who cares if it works anyways.

Use a speed-boost move, then spam Stored Power or anything else. Activating Weakness Policy is a better thing (If you survive the hit, that is.). It allows your Stored Power to have 140 Base Power (it's also STAB).

Necrozma @ Petaya Berry / Weakness Policy
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Stored Power
- Autotomize
- Earth Power
- Heat Wave

Don't forget, Necrozma can now learn Heat Wave. Earth Power and Heat Wave cover a lot of types. Then just spam Stored Power for the rest of the enemies who can't resist/aren't dark type.

They all have the similar strategy.
Speed Up, then Spam Stored Power.

Crazy Bulky (Necrozma) @ Leftovers
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Attack
- Iron Defense
- Calm Mind
- Autotomize
- Stored Power

The set says it all, set up and sweep.
Counters: Dark Types, you can't damage them at all. See if the opponent is faster use Autotomize, if he is a physical attacker use iron defense and if a special attacker use calm mind. If the opponent is a dark type you don't have any option just switch out.

Team Support: Avoid Entry Hazards with defog can support with misty terrain for status since no sweeper likes status. But the biggest partner so far is tapu lele which blocks priority means Necrozma speed boosts matter even and give it's stored a power a reasonable boost, while also removing dark types from the picture.

Necrozma National Dex AG
--->
Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Ultranecrozium Z / Life Orb
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Photon Geyser / Psychic Fangs
- Sunsteel Strike / Stone Edge
- Morning Sun / Stealth Rock / Dragon Dance
- Earthquake

- Photon Geyser strong STAB that uses Necrozma's attack stat because it's higher, and when Ultranecrozium Z is activated the move turns into "LIGHT THAT BURNS THE SKY" and does damage based on the users attack or special attack just like Photon Geyser while also transforming you into Ultra Necrozma, and it also ignores the target's ability.
- Psychic Fangs another STAB option if you plan on dynamaxing DM Necrozma then Psychic Fangs can be used in place of Photon Geyser while also running life orb instead.
- Sunsteel Strike strong STAB and just like "Light that burns the sky" Sunsteel Strike ignores the target's ability.
- Morning Sun reliable recovery move to increase DM Necrozma's longevity tho this move takes up a turn that could be used for attacking.
- Earthquake good coverage for fire and steel types.
- Stealth Rock used to weaken the opposing team softening them up and making it easier to sweep.
- Dragon Dance to power up Necrozma's already great attack and speed and allows it to sweep entire teams especially when dyanmaxed, the same goes for Ultra Necrozma (not dynamaxed).
- Stone Edge works as good coverage against flying types.

Necrozma DM pairs very well with Primal Groudon, it can be a secondary stealth rocker so groudon can use more offensive moves, it also works as a great Xerneas check. Primal Groudon can handle other steel and fire types for Necrozma DM to take pressure off of it and allow it to take on other tasks like putting up rocks.
Other good teammates include Zygarde, Eternatus, Mega Gengar, and Mega Rayquaza.

Ultra Necrozma should have Stone Edge over Sunsteel Strike for hitting Yveltal and Ho-Oh (not Life Orb set). Also, Dragon Dance is a good alternative to SR/SD/Morning Sun because you get to outspeed Arceus formes on base NDM and Calyrex-S, Zacian-C as UNecro at +1. Also, Mega Salamence and Naganadel are bad because they're heavily outclassed by Mega-Rayquaza and Eternatus.
sorry for not specifying enough on this but the life orb set is not used on ultra necrozma but on DM necrozma if you want to dynamax it, but thanks for all the advice :).
I meant that, you're fine with having Sunsteel Strike on LO NDM, but Ultra Necrozma needs Stone Edge.
Ok made some edits.

Gen 9 Hyperoffense sweeper necrozma

Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Leftovers
Ability: Prism Armor
Tera Type: Stellar
EVs: 184 HP / 96 Atk / 16 SpD / 212 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Photon Geyser
- Sunsteel Strike
- X-Scissor

This thing is an absolute gun. Tera stellar gives a power boost. Leftovers are for recovery. Earthquake Is for coverage, photon geyser and SunSteel Strike are powerful STABs. X-scissor is also coverage.
