Will a Shiny Pokemon appear shiny in the hatch screen?

When hatching for shinies, will the shiny sprite (those sparkles that appear on shinies) appear on a Pokemon?

If you're asking if the hatched Pokémon will appear Shiny, then yes it will. But, if you mean the little star that appears when the Pokémon is Shiny, then no, until Sword and Shield. Sword and Shield onward include the shiny sparkle
