Does Zoom Lens still have an added effect with Trick Room?

I have a slow Roserade and I have Zoom Lens equipped on it to raise accuracy of Grass Whistle. But, I want it to be faster and to have accuracy boosted. So, I was thinking of using a support Bronzong and having it use Trick Room in double battle. Will the accuracy of Grass Whistle be boosted to 66 even if Trick Room is in effect?

Zoom lens only boosts accuracy when the holder moves after the target, regardless of trick room.
