Which is better in a 1v1 competitive format?

They are both completely outclassed by Marshadow due to the drastic stat difference. Neither is good in 1v1.
Edit: If for whatever reason you can't use Marshadow, then, still, neither is good in 1v1 because they're completely outclassed by mega Loppuny. It has far superior speed stat and ability.
