So I just got a Jirachi in the GTS (I know it is hacked) and it had Moonblast. So, I looked up Jirachi's moveset and there wasn't anything about Moonblast. Then, I went on the page for Moonblast and there was nothing about Jirachi. Is the Moonblast hacked or is it an event exclusive move?
