Why can’t I see my radio in Pokémon Silver, even though it said I received it?

I'm guessing you actually mean Silver, on the Virtual Console (or Game Boy Color), not SoulSilver, on the DS.

It isn't a radio, it is a radio card for your PokéGear. Check your PokéGear for your radio card.
