Houndour location in black 2 white 2?

Where can you find a houndour in Pokemon black/ white 2 I want one but don't know where to look

According to Serebii, you can't find Houndour in B2W2, but you can find it in the original Black version on Route 9 after beating the Elite Four if there's a swarm on that route.
