I got another 2ds after my previous one broke and I took the SD card from the previous one out before I got the other one and now when I put the SD card into the 2ds, none of my games popped up! I don't want to lose my data on Pokemon Ultra Sun or any of my other games. Is there a way to fix this?

This is probably because you bought a 2ds. Yeah that's all. Do not remove your 2DS now because I ain't sure, but this would be the most logic.
it still doesn't answer how to access my games again

Try/consider:

1.) Only games you downloaded via nintendo Eshop transfer with an SD Card. Physical cartridges need to be manually moved throughout 2DS's

2.) Take it to your local GameStop or EB Games, etc. See if they know anything about this

3.) Maybe it has something to do with the fact that your previous 2DS was broken. Perhaps your broken 2DS corrupted the SD card somehow

4.) Take out the SD Card, blow on it, clean it, and put it back in. Pretty simple.

5.) Let your 2DS die, and then try again. You could also turn the 2DS on and off but it seems to work better when you let your battery run out. I tried this after my 3DS screen kept flickering when I spilled water on it.

That's all I can think of and good luck. I know firsthand how stressful it is to find your Pokemon data unresponsive

well the LCD screen cracking was what made me get a new one so I doubt that corrupted the data
and the SD card that was in the broken 2ds at the time was the one that came with it. Thankfully(thank god for what my Grandmother does for a living) I put Pokemon Ultra Sun on a different SD card so if the SD card that came with the broken 2ds is corrupted, Pokemon Ultra Sun is safe and sound(course I haven't tried putting that SD card in yet). Also this just started happening so is the SD card suddenly losing storage room a sign of corruption?
Also the ds and 3ds cartridges carry all of the data for the games in them. That is why the ds systems never have to download the game data from the cartridges.
