Are there any TMs that Abra can learn that can be recieved before Hala in US/UM?

TM 100 Confide, in the Hau’oli cemetery.

You sure this is the only one? Because confide isn't that much more useful than teleport.

Yes. I looked through all the TMs you can find on Melemele Island, then took out the TMs you don’t have access to before beating Hala, then took out the TMs Abra can’t learn.

So, just confide? NOTHING else?

Yeah. All the “good” TMs come much later in the game.
