Is maximizing speed over attack worth it for Kartana?

Question

I am considering Kartana for play in Pokemon Showdown (I don't have a team in mind yet, and only have Kartana for now).

EV distribution: 252 attack, 252 speed, 4 special defense.
IV distribution: 31 for all.

Held item: Focus Sash(with sword dance)/Flyinium-Z(with Z-Tailwind)/Life Orb(with Night Slash)

Moveset:
Sacred Sword
Leaf Blade
Psycho Cut
Sword Dance/(Z-)Tailwind/Night Slash

I am trying to decide whether to go with Adamant or Jolly Nature.

Adamant gives 507 attack and 317 speed.
Jolly gives 461 attack and 348 speed.

Switching from Adamant to Jolly grants 31 speed points but at a cost of 48 attack points so a loss of 17 points. I am trying to decide if the jump of 31 speed points is worth the loss of 48 attack points. Basically, which Pokemon can Kartana outspeed by jumping from 317 speed to 348 speed.

Definitely go with jolly. These are the ones you get to outspeed if you do.
