How do you get a Shiny Deoxys?

There was an event in FRLG and Emerald, and that event Deoxys had a chance to be shiny.

Nope, I believe it's only available via hack or soft resetting from the game you can catch it in (I believe it's Emerald) plus also from the Fire Red/Leaf Green and Emerald event which had a chance to be shiny (enabling you to soft reset for shininess).
