Should you keep multiples of the same Pokemon if they have different fight moves (PGO)?

For example, I have a
CP 192 bellsprout with acid 9 and power whip 90, and a
CP 66 bellsprout with vine whip 7 and wrap 60+12.
So should I keep both since they have different fight moves, or just transfer the lower CP one?

Transfer the lower CP Bellsprout. Their moves change when you evolve them, so moves don’t really matter for pre-evolutions. But If you have two fully evolved high CP Pokémon, you should probably keep both, because having a better moveset helps but doesn’t make a huge difference.
