Aegislash - How to train it?

Question

I just got a Honedge and I wonder what is the best way to train it up to a Aegislash.

My plan is to have Sacred Sword on my Aegislash once I get there but I just found out that Aegislash doesn't learn the move, only his pre-evolution does at level 51 or Honedge at 49 (I think). My question is, can I still get Sacred Sword without waiting until 51 on my Doublade?

I'm not really a player with a lot of expierience but I know that in other games there were some NPCs who could teach your Pokemon old moves. Does these still exist in Sun & Moon and where can I find them? Does this even work for a move it hasn't learned yet?

In Mount Lanakila, in the Pokemon Center right before the Pokemon League, there is an old lady in the corner who will teach you Pokemon a move it can learn, at the cost of one heart-scale. That means if you talk to her right now she will teach your aegislash Sacred Sowrd.
