However the difference lies here: That question was made in 2013, before the Sun & Moon releases, the answer on that question relate to XY, my question need an answer for Sun/Moon, Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon specifically, so I can get my gale wings talonflame there.

There is a man outside of the Battle Tree (post-game) that will trade a Hidden Ability Talonflame for a Bewear. Alternatively, you can chain Fletchling at Wela Volcano Park until you find one with a Hidden Ability, Pokemon with Hidden Abilities do not spawn until after a chain of 40 of the same species.
