In Ultra Moon how do you get Protean Greninja?

The only way is to migrate from X/Y, or to catch Greninja in Poni island using island scan, however there's no guarantee it'll have Protean. You can fine hidden ability Pokemon in friend safaris.

Oh I forgot you can catch Greninja in Poni Island using island scan.

I'm pretty sure Pokémon from Island Scan never have their HAs, making it impossible to find in Gen 7 alone.
