Will transferred Pokemon from Yellow have their hidden ability?

I just transferred my Caterpie (from yellow) to my USUM game

The only species that don't get HAs are the ones that don't have a distinct ability in that slot. For instance, Gastly only ever gets Levitate and nothing else, so if you transfer that up it'll be coded as "Levitate, ability slot 1" as opposed to "Levitate, ability slot 4".
