Question

Will Tapu Lele appear some other time if I accidentally touched the run button while trying to catch it and now when I touch his totem it doesnt react at all?

I believe if you run from or KO Tapu Lele, you cannot encounter it again. Unless you saved the game before encountering it, you can reencounter Tapu Lele by soft reseting your game.

If you already saved after running away, then you can try leaving the ruins and going back in. If that doesn't work, then try defeating the Pokemon League again.
