Is there any competitive use for Forest's Curse?

I'm pretty sure that ingame it's completely useless.

In doubles it could be of use, to dstroy weakneses I guess. Pimpnite used it to make all his pokemon 8x Weak to one type I think

No use: unless your running almost only water or hackmons mono water.
