If I breed caterpie in platinum that has bug bite and trade the egg over to heartgold will the baby caterpie have bug bite

Bug bite isn't one of Caterpie's egg moves. It's a level up move in both Pt and HG. Caterpie should hatch knowing bug bite as long as both parents know it, regardless of whether it's laid or hatched in Pt or HG.
