If there's no leaks or official comments, then we literally have no way to know. Japan does have plenty of exclusive events though.

There is shiny Lunala and Solgaleo in a lot of regions. IDK bout CHina tho.

So far, there hasn't been any events for a shiny Necrozma outside of the ones in Japan and South Korea.
