Seriously?
Pokemon that were gotten from any event are called "special" by the game and cannot be traded, probably because they are that rare.
it's one of those thing the Gamefreak try to do to make their merchandise rare and exclusive... but come on, it's not that hard to get legendaries nowadays... I mean, there are so many of them Uber became a thing for noobs.
