How rare is Pokerus in Sword and Shield?

Pokerus must be more common, I’m 3 hours in and when I checked my team 5 of 6 of my Pokémon had Pokerus! I don’t know which Pokémon spread it, but that’s not the point. Is Pokerus way more common, or do I just have insane luck?

I think it's just been way more common ever since XY, when the raised the shiny-rate as well. So if that's the case then it's not really insane luck :\

You have a 1/21,845 of getting it making contact with a wild Pokemon. It is really hard to get especially when you consider that the full odds for a shiny are 1/4,096.
