Where can I QR Scan all shiny forms of Pokemon in Ultra Sun and Moon?

The ones I could find were either incomplete shiny-wise or only applied to SM and not USUM, so there wasn't any shiny Necrozma or UBs. Later today I'll try to find some links to put together that might make this better.
