How can I find Gible in the wild in Omega Ruby, including with Rough Skin?

Just some Gible stuff I wanna know

• How soon can I catch Gible in Omega Ruby? Do I need to defeat the Elite Four?. I am currently on the second gym.
• On a scale of 1-10, how rare is it to find Rough Skin Gible in the wild?
• What do I need to find it in the wild?

@falsbenguy211 I did check first but none have given a direct answer on the site. It only says where I can find and with the dexnav but not what are required for it to appear. It also did not show how difficult is it to find with its hidden ability.

You have to defeat the 4th gym.Then,you will obtain an item so you can go through the desert in route 111
(near Mauville city).
That is where you can find Gible. Rough skin is gible's hidden ability so it's harder to find a gible with it. Hope this helps!

Gible is strictly a HIdden Pokemon on Route 111. Only Hoenn Pokemon will appear as hidden until you defeat Groudon/Kyogre, after which Pokemon outside of Hoenn will start to appear.

If the Pokémon has a special move, Hidden Ability, high level, or high potential, an exclamation mark will appear next to that datum on the screen.

You need the Go-Goggles to traverse the desert. You get it from May/Brendan after you obtain the Heat Badge (4th gym).
