Is Melony based off Frosmoth?

Or vice versa. I noticed that the clothing around her neck kind of looks like Frosmoth's cloak, and is the same coloring as well. She also uses a Frosmoth in battles. Or is this just a coincidence?

This is very likely, as she has a Frosmoth in her team in both of her teams.
