Just getting into the tcg, not sure. Its an Alolan Raichu Card and the illus. is 5ban Graphics. The 'expansion logo' looks like an Alolan Raichu. Is this card special or rare, and what set is it from? Thanks, Flareon

This card was first released in the English Sun & Moon Trainer Kit: Lycanroc & Alolan Raichu as both a Holofoil and Non Holofoil card, with artwork by 5ban Graphics. It was later available in Japan as a SM-P Promotional card, made available as one of nine possible cards included in promotional packs awarded to participants of Pokémon Card Gym tournaments during August and September 2017. It was reprinted as one of the English SM Black Star Promos with new artwork by the same artist, made available in the Alolan Raichu Figure Collection and Alolan Raichu Box. A Jumbo version was also included in the Alolan Raichu Box. This print was later available in Japan as one of nine possible SM-P Promotional cards available in promotional packs awarded to participants of Pokémon Card Gym tournaments during December 2017 and February 2018. Both Japanese prints feature the Pokémon Card Gym logo in the bottom right corner of the illustration.
