Abilities that take effect under rain: Drizzle, Dry Skin, Forecast, Hydration, Rain Dish, Swift Swim, Primordial Sea

Abilities that take effect under hail: Snow Warning, Forecast, Ice Body, Snow Cloak, and Slush Rush

Abilities that take effect under sand: Sand Spit, Sand Stream, Sand Force, Sand Rush, Sand Veil
