Can you trade Mythical Pokemon via Room Trade or Friend Trade in Pokemon Home?

Title says it all; I've tried researching this myself, only to get conflicting results, so first-hand experience would be much appreciated here.

Room trade is the only way, if you're not right next to each other.

According to this Source, You can only trade them with friends, or via room trade.

Room trades don't work though; KRLW mentioned that, and another poster says the same thing as well in the source you listed. I appreciate your effort to help, but this is what I meant when I had said the sources I found often conflicted with each other
