What are all the moves that hit both opponents in a battle? (Like origin pulse and water spout)

That other one was made in 2011. This one is 9 years after, and 3 generations have passed. I don't see the logic in closing it.
I'll re-open it. I'm happy to keep these around so long as it's clear that they're addressing a new set of games in their title.
