Location data for each trade evolution:
Alakazam- can only be obtained by trading Kadabra.
Machamp- can be found in Max Raid battles, and at the Giants Mirror.
Golem- can’t be obtained in SWSH.
Gengar- can be found in Max Raid Battle and at the Giants Cap.
Gourgeist- can be found at Hammerlocke Hills.
Trevenant- can only be obtained by trading Phantump.
Politoed- can be found at the Soothing Wetlands when it’s raining.
Slowking- can only be obtained by trading for a Kantonian Slowpoke holding a Kings Rock.
Steelix- can be found at the Giants Mirror and the Giants Seat.
Scizor- can only be obtained by trading for a Scyther holding a Metal Coat.
Kingdra- can only be obtained by trading for a Seadra holding a Dragon Scale.
Porygon2- can only be obtained by trading for a Porygon holding an Upgrade.
Porygon-Z- can only be obtained by trading for a Porygon2 holding a Dubious Disc.
Huntail- not obtainable in SWSH.
Gorebyss- not obtainable in SWSH.
Rhyperior- can be found at the Potbottom Desert.
Electivire- not obtainable in SWSH.
Magmortar- not obtainable in SWSH.
Dusknoir- can be found at the Stony Wilderness and in Max Raid Battles.
Slupuff- only obtainable by trading for a Swirlix holding a Whipped Dream. In Sword it can be obtained in Max Raid Battles, but that’s not counted.
Aromatisse- same deal as Slurpuff, just for Shield. Obtainable by trading for a Spritzee holding a Satchet.
Milotic- can be found at the Lake Of Outrage and South Lake Miloch.
Escavalier- can be found at the Forest of Focus, Training Lowlands, and Max Raid Battles.
Accelgor- can also be found at the Forest of Focus, Training Lowlands, and in Max Raid Battles.
Gigalith- can be found at the Dusty Bowl, Brawlers Cave, and in Max Raid Battles.
Conkeldurr- can be found at Motostoke Riverbank and in Max Raid Battles.

I think that’s it. I put if a Pokémon can be found at in a Max Raid Battle or not just to give the full location data, but I’m aware that Max Raid Battles aren’t counted. Anyway, as you can see, Alakazam, Golem, Trevenant, Slowking, Scizor, Kingdra, Porygon2, Porygon-Z, Huntail, Gorebyss, Electivire, Magmortar, Slurpuff (with Max Raid Battles not counting), and Aromatisse (with Max Raid Battles not counting) can’t be found in the wild in SWSH, neither through the Isle Of Armor or the base games.
