Rowlet @ Focus Sash
Ability: Overgrow
Level: 5
EVs: 236 Atk / 76 Def / 196 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Shadow Sneak
- Knock Off

Focus Sash is there to ensure activation of Overgrow, and allows you to get a Swords Dance off. Leaf Blade is STAB, Knock Off is helpful for crippling opponents. Shadow Sneak is for situations where priority is a good idea.

Acrobatics almost matches up to brave bird after a lost item. At 110 power and no recoil, it's probably better than brave bird
Good idea.
Uhh... I checked Rowley's move and saw that it can't learn Acrobatics.
Oops (filler)
Personally, I would run max Speed, since you want your Focus Sash to activate :P

Bulky boy:
Rowlet@Eviolite
Rowlet
Ability:Overgrow
Nature:Modest
EVs:212 HP / 156 Def / 140 SpD
•Defog
•Giga Drain
•Roost
•Nasty Plot
Eviolite and defensive EVs make it quite bulky. Defog gets rid of hazards. You can set up nasty plot with your bulk. Roost heals. Giga drain is STAB and heals.

Support:

Rowlet @ Eviolite
Ability: Long Reach
Level: 5
EVs: 212 HP / 76 Def / 196 SpD / 20 Spe
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Defog
- Haze
- Knock Off

With 26/14/14 defenses when using this EV spread, it has decent bulk, plus Eviolite increases its defenses by 1.5x each. Long Reach is for Ferroseed, plus Overgrow does nothing on this set. 20 Speed is since I was trying to waste the minimum amount of EVs as possible while still maxing out HP and splitting the EVs into its defenses. Roost is for healing. Defog removes hazards. Haze is for Pokemon who are trying to set up of you. Knock Off removes items.
