What would happen if you transferred a Shiny Pokémon which had it's shiny changed?

Charizard's Shiny in Gen 2 is purple. However, in Gen 3, Gamefreak changed it's shiny to black. What would happen if you transferred a shiny Charizard from Gen 2 to Gen 3 or any other Gen? (Or any other Pokemon who have had their shiny changed, Charizard is the only one I know of though)

Its Shiny would be the new color. In the case of Charizard, the black color scheme, not the purple one.
